Leadership at Christ the Servant Lutheran ChurchAt Christ the Servant we view leadership as serving others for the glory of God. It is not for our glory or to have power over others. It is about inclusion and not exclusion, about love and not hate, about respect and not coercion, about honesty and not illusion. At Christ the Servant, our volunteers and staff are called to use their spiritual gifts to further the mission of the church and expand the kingdom of God through Christlike love and service. When humble church leaders, filled with the Holy Spirit, work together as the body of Christ, hope abounds, people matter, and we make a difference in the world!
