ADULT CHOIR
Adult choir rehearses Wednesday
evenings from 8:00 until 9:30. The choir participates
at both Sunday services, singing near the end of the
8:30 service and near the beginning of the 11:00 service
(allowing the choir to have a presence at both
services). The choir
sings music from many different styles, from classic to
contemporary, old favorites, and world music.
Rehearsals are lively and spirited. All are welcome!
CHILDREN’S MUSIC OPPORTUNITIES
Christ the Servant offers two
children’s choirs. Each choir rehearses from 6:00 to
6:50 on Wednesday evenings. The choirs participate
in worship approximately once per month and present a
musical in the spring.
HANDBELLS
Christ the Servant has one handbell
choir that rehearses on Wednesdays from 7:00 – 7:50 PM.
Christ the Servant has three octaves of Schulmerich
handbells and three octaves of chimes. The bell choir
participates in worship approximately once per month. A
basic ability to reading music is helpful and beginners are
welcome!!
OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
Our worship experience is enhanced by
other individuals and groups throughout the year.
Road to Emmaus is our men’s quartet,
made up of Mike Monical, David Barnes, David Dick and
Larry Williams. They participate in worship on a
regular basis.
Choirs do not meet during the summer
months.
